Billing, cancellation & refunds
What you are purchasing
Membership provides access to the released Foundations, Med-Surg, Pharmacology, and Mother–Baby & Pediatrics courses. Each includes Exams 1–4. NurseArk provides independent study support; membership does not guarantee a grade or exam result.
Prices and automatic renewal
Quarter Pass: $12.50 for the first eligible paid 90-day period, then $24.99 every 90 days until you cancel. The introductory offer applies once per eligible account and is not available for monthly memberships.
Monthly: $9.99 each month until you cancel. Review the amount and renewal terms displayed by Stripe before subscribing.
How to cancel
Open My Account and select Manage billing / cancel renewal. Cancel in Stripe’s customer portal before the next renewal to stop future charges. You retain access through the end of the paid billing period unless that payment is fully refunded or disputed. Cancelling does not delete your account or saved progress.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Email Nursearksupport@gmail.com with the email used for your account, the purchase date, and a description of the issue. Include a receipt number if available. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or other payment credentials.
A refund request does not itself cancel your subscription. Cancel renewal in My Account if you do not want another charge. No automatic refund is promised; any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
Free launch passes and complimentary access
Eligible existing accounts registered on or before October 11, 2026 at 4:36:42 p.m. Pacific receive 90 free days beginning at paid launch. No card is required. The free pass expires without automatically charging you. To continue paid access afterward, separately choose and purchase a subscription. Administrator-issued complimentary passes also expire without creating a subscription.
Payment and support
Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when supported by the device, browser and payment configuration; a wallet option is not guaranteed on every device. NurseArk does not collect your full card number.

One-day course trial
All six courses require membership for full access. Before subscribing, a verified account can choose one course for a one-time 24-hour trial. The timer begins when you choose Start trial. It includes that course’s released USLO lessons and the questions inside those lessons. Smart Practice and mock exams require membership. You cannot switch the trial course or restart the trial. No card is required and the trial ends without an automatic charge. Existing eligible early students retain their separate 90-day complimentary launch pass.
