Your account and study progress
NurseArk stores your sign-in email, profile name, selected ADN quarter, optional Galen campus, course assignments and enrollments. Supported lesson checkpoints and quiz score summaries are saved to your Supabase account. Some answers, unfinished sessions and practice history remain in your browser's local storage. Clearing browser storage can remove that local history; older browser-only attempts are not automatically imported into your account.
Hosting and account services
Netlify hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication and the account database. These providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, device information and security or authentication events to operate their services. Account data is sent to Supabase through the website's connection. Administrator tools use protected permissions to show account information, enrollments, saved progress and aggregate study activity.
Your campus and course reviews
Campus selection is optional and self-reported. You can change it or clear it in My Account. Administrators can view campus registration totals and recent account-saved practice counts. Your campus is not displayed on public course reviews, and this feature does not request GPS location. If you submit a course review, its review text, rating and displayed name can appear publicly after approval.
Payments and membership access
When you choose a paid membership, Stripe hosts checkout, collects payment details and provides billing management. NurseArk sends your account email and account-related identifiers to Stripe to connect the purchase to your membership. NurseArk stores Stripe customer, checkout, payment-event and membership identifiers, access dates and payment amounts needed to provide access and handle billing events. NurseArk does not store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its privacy policy.
Complimentary membership records include the administrator, access dates and a private reason. These records are not public. See billing, cancellation and refunds for renewal and cancellation information.
Private support conversations
When you contact support through NurseArk, Supabase stores your message text, subject, selected course, account identifier and message timestamps. You and authorized NurseArk administrators can view the conversation; other students cannot. Your messages are not sent to an AI tutor. Please leave out passwords, card numbers and patient information. Contact support about correcting or deleting a conversation.
Account questions and deletion requests
Email Nursearksupport@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your study account. Clearing browser storage does not delete data saved in Supabase or Stripe. Billing or security records may need to be retained separately; support can explain what can be removed for your request.
Keep patient information private
Do not enter real patient identifiers, confidential clinical information, passwords or card numbers into course content, reviews or support messages.
